Abstract A comprehensive evaluation of key performance indicators such as chemical resistance, environmental durability, and adhesion strength was conducted using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and accelerated aging experiments. This review suggests that the proposed curing agent significantly improves the protective capabilities of metal coatings, resulting in enhanced resistance to corrosion and wear. This innovation presents promising opportunities for the industrial and automotive sectors, potentially leading to prolonged service life and reduced maintenance costs. Ongoing research will further explore the scalability of the curing agent and its environmental impact in industrial applications.
