| Abstract | The purpose of the current study was to determine the obstacles to financial inclusion in Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu. One of the main issues with India's rural development and economic expansion is financial inclusion. For this study, the researcher has gathered primary data. Semi-structured questionnaires were used to gather the data. The researcher has investigated respondents' perceptions of the difficulties they encounter in terms of financial inclusion. The main cause of rural residents' lack of financial inclusion is high maintenance costs, such as subscription and transaction fees. They believe it is not private and confidential, which makes the privacy issue difficult as well. The intricacy of papers is a significant obstacle to effective financial inclusion. Rural residents are less certain that they can finish all the legalities and are terrified of paperwork. These are the main issues that contribute to financial exclusion, together with a poor internet connection. |
