Abstract Consumer shopping habits in India have evolved significantly with the rise of e-commerce. This paper explores the factors influencing consumer behaviour in India, comparing e-commerce and traditional retail based on secondary data from existing studies, reports, and market analysis. The study highlights key trends, challenges, and the future of retail in India.
