| Abstract | Consumer shopping habits in India have evolved significantly with the rise of e-commerce. While traditional retail remains a preferred choice for many, the convenience and variety offered by online shopping have attracted a growing number of consumers. This paper explores the factors influencing consumer behaviour in India, comparing e-commerce and traditional retail based on secondary data from existing studies, reports, and market analysis. The study highlights key trends, challenges, and the future of retail in India. |
