Abstract | Leadership is a crucial factor influencing employee productivity and job satisfaction across various sectors. In both education and corporate environments, leadership styles—autocratic, democratic, transformational, transactional, and laissez-faire—affect motivation, work efficiency, and employee engagement. This paper examines the impact of different leadership styles in these two sectors, drawing insights from secondary research. Findings indicate that democratic and transformational leadership positively influence productivity and job satisfaction, while autocratic and laissez-faire leadership have mixed or negative effects. |
