| Abstract | This article provides an overview of the application of various natural substances in promoting hair growth. It discusses the specific plant components utilized, their chemical composition, the active ingredient responsible for the desired effect, and provides a concise description of their primary usage. Common hair-related issues include pigmentation problems, such as fading, as well as dandruff and hair loss. The utilization of herbal ingredients in hair care products can be traced back to the ancient Ayurvedic system, which has extensively examined approximately 1000 types of plant extracts for their potential in promoting hair growth. |
