Abstract Online shopping is the activity of buying goods and services directly from seller through internet using web browser or mobile app. It is a form of electronic commerce which made shopping easier and convenient for the customer through the internet E-shop, E-store, internet shop, web store or virtual store propose the physical similarity of buying goods or services at a retailer or shopping epicenter. Online shopping saves time and effort as there are no times to wait, as we have 24*7 opportunities to shop online.
