The emergence of algorithmic trading, driven by technological innovation, has ushered in significant transformations in financial markets. This study delves into the growth and impact of algorithmic trading, elucidating its benefits and challenges. Moreover, this research unveils the pivotal role of market psychology, shedding light on how investor sentiment and behavioral biases exert profound influences on trading decisions. Algorithmic trading, based on cutting-edge technology, offers incredible speed and efficiency, but also comes with regulatory challenges.
