Abstract | Professional commitment and self-efficacy are essential factors that influence teacher effectiveness. Teachers who are committed to their profession and have high self-efficacy are more likely to be motivated, engaged, and dedicated to their work, which can positively impact student learning outcomes. Professional commitment and self-efficacy are closely related to each other and can influence each other. Teachers who have high self-efficacy are more likely to be committed to their profession, while teachers who are committed to their profession are more likely to have high self-efficacy. Therefore, it is essential for schools and administrators to support teachers in developing and maintaining high levels of professional commitment and self-efficacy. |
