Abstract The aim of this study is to do comparison between Levitracetam and Phenytoin to find out their use in prevention of seizures in Stroke patients.
Objectives:
To determine the effect of Levetiracetam in stroke patients. To determine the effect of Phenytoin in stroke patients. To determine the role of antiepileptic therapy in primary prevention of stroke seizures. To find out the most effective drug between Levetiracetam & Phenytoin
