Author(s) Neelam Patel
Country India
Abstract Mahatma Gandhi always comes to mind when we hear the name Khadi. Ghandi revived Khadi as a means of obtaining freedom prior to India's independence from the British through the Swadeshi movement, which rejected foreign goods and promoted the idea of an independent, self-sustaining India.
