| Abstract | Unemployment is one of the most serious problems facing India like many others Countries in the world. However, there is also growing level of challenges facing the Country, which calls for serious concern. The rising level of unemployment has certain factors in which one of the factor is dejobbing. This paper is the study about the factors of Unemployment, the challenges and opportunities of employment. This paper is based on secondary data and will be focusing on literature review related to unemployment, dejobbing and employment. |
