Abstract | In today's rapidly evolving global economy, the concept of balance in work-life has emerged to a specific and critical determinant of employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall organizational success. Defined as the symmetry between responsibilities of profession and commitments to personal life, achievement of necessary balance in work and life for sustaining physical health, mental wellbeing, and social fulfilment. In recognition of its significance, policymakers and employers worldwide have increasingly prioritized initiatives aimed at promoting balance in work & life balance and enhancing wellbeing of employee at the workplace. |
