Abstract | This paper explores the role of technological advancements in addressing challenges within the Halal ecosystem, with a specific focus on certification and traceability. Applying information technology solutions such as blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and big data analytics, this study investigates how these technologies can streamline certification processes, enhance transparency, and improve traceability in the Halal supply chain. By examining current practices, challenges, and opportunities in the Halal industry, this research aims to contribute to the advancement of Halal certification and traceability through the utilization of information technology. |
