Abstract | The research paper explores the Arab perspective of the Crusades, loss of Arab territories, and the impact of Crusades on the Arab states. It also includes fall of Tripoli, fall and reconquest of Jerusalem. The research consists of first 4 Crusades, the Arab leaders during that period, internal rivalries and the root of Order of Assassins. The research paper takes into account the written documents of two of the famous chroniclers of Arab world- Ibn Al Athir, and Ibn Al Qalanisi. |
