As the global community grapples with evolving perspectives on gender, the legal landscape has become a crucial battleground for shaping more inclusive and equitable societies. This paper seeks to explore and evaluate the impact of gender-neutral legal frameworks as a pivotal mechanism for fostering a fair and just society.
