| Abstract | This paper is the outcome of micro-level study or research funded by the Belda College as per the decision taken of Departmental Committee meeting held on 25.11.2023. After this, the researcher conducted field survey to collect relevant information regarding the research mentioned earlier. It is a case study method. Both the Structured and Non-structured questionnaire were provided to the stake-holder of the Four Organizations under study. On the basis of the available data this paper has been prepared. |
