| Abstract | This research explores the impact of insufficient sleep on the immune system in adolescents. Chronic sleep deprivation is linked to weakened immune responses, including higher susceptibility to infections and inflammation. Factors such as hormonal changes and lifestyle contribute to these sleep deficits. The findings highlight the need for promoting healthy sleep habits to protect adolescent health and emphasize public health interventions focused on sleep education. |
