| Abstract | The project entitled “A Study On Employees Motivation And Its Impact On Job Satisfaction In Tiruvalla Medical Mission Hospital focus on the employees motivation and its impact on job satisfaction in the hospital. Motivation is an important factor which encourages employees to give their best performance and help in reaching enterprise goals. The study aims to identify the factors which will motivate the employees in the organization and observe the employee commitment towards the organizational excellence. HRM is a comprehensive approach to managing employees and an organization's culture and environment. It focuses on the recruitment, management, and general direction of the people who work in an organization. Human resources (HR) is the division of a business that is charged with finding, screening, recruiting, and training job applicants, as well as administering employee-benefit programs. |
