The technology has particularly excelled in fraud detection, with AI-augmented systems identifying 53% more potential fraud indicators and saving mid-sized insurers an average of $4.2 million annually. Leading organizations are now achieving straight-through processing rates of up to 75% for standard claims, demonstrating how RPA is setting new benchmarks for operational excellence in insurance claims management
