Abstract This study investigates the job satisfaction levels of employees in private sector organizations, focusing on key factors such as salary, working environment, relationships with supervisors and coworkers, training and development, and motivation. Using a sample of 320 employees from various private sector industries, the study employs quantitative methods, including regression and moderation analysis, to explore the relationships between these factors and job satisfaction. The findings reveal that salary, relationships with supervisors, and training and development significantly impact job satisfaction. Additionally, motivation and appreciation act as moderating variables, enhancing the positive effects of these factors. The study provides practical recommendations for private sector organizations to improve employee satisfaction and performance.
