Abstract Artificial Intelligence (AI) has revolutionized digital marketing by enhancing personalization, automating customer interactions, and optimizing marketing strategies. This study examines customer satisfaction with AI-driven digital marketing tools, focusing on their effectiveness, trustworthiness, and impact on consumer engagement. By analyzing consumer perceptions and behavior, the research identifies key factors influencing satisfaction, including personalization accuracy, responsiveness, and ethical considerations. While AI improves efficiency and user experience, concerns about data privacy and the lack of human touch remain challenges. The findings offer insights for businesses to enhance AI-driven marketing strategies and build stronger customer relationships.
