| Abstract | This study, conducted at a tertiary care center in Southern India in 2017, examined inhibitor prevalence in 40 patients with coagulation disorders. Among them, 36 had hemophilia A (33) or B (3), three were newly diagnosed, and one had acquired hemophilia. Inhibitors were detected in five hemophilia A cases and one acquired hemophilia case, with a 12.5% prevalence in inherited hemophilia. The Bethesda assay measured titers (12–1024+ BU), aiding clinical management. |
