This review examines the effect of ergonomics across various occupations, highlighting its influence on productivity, health outcomes, and job satisfaction. By analyzing studies from diverse fields, including office work, manufacturing, healthcare, and transportation, we provide insights into how ergonomic interventions can lead to significant improvements in both worker efficiency and overall job satisfaction.
