Abstract	The freelancing industry has seen tremendous growth with the rise of the gig economy. "FreelanceX" is an innovative web-based platform that connects freelancers with clients, providing an efficient and secure environment for online work transactions. This project focuses on the development of a scalable freelancing marketplace using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, Prisma, and MongoDB. The platform incorporates features such as user authentication, gig creation, a bidding system, secure payments, and real-time chat. This research paper outlines the design, implementation, and methodologies used to develop this freelancing platform.
