| Abstract | Innovation is a key driving force of competitive advantage in the hospitality industry, where customer expectations and market dynamics constantly evolve (Dhar, 2015; Baum et al., 2016). Human resource (HR) practices play a crucial role in fostering an environment that encourages creativity, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement (Foss & Laursen, 2012; Jiang et al., 2012). This study explores the impact of HR strategies—such as talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, and organizational culture—on innovation within hospitality companies (Boxall & Purcell, 2016; Noe et al., 2020). By analyzing industry trends and case studies, the research highlights how employee engagement, leadership support, and a culture of collaboration contribute to innovative service offerings and operational performance (Kim & Brymer, 2011; Tang & Tang, 2012). The findings suggest that strategic HR practices can enhance employee motivation, skill development, and adaptability, ultimately leading to sustained innovation and business success within the hospitality sector (Delery & Roumpi, 2017; McKinsey & Company, 2022). |
