Abstract This research study is to identify the impact of employee motivation theories on industrial psychology. Industrial psychology that includes some employees training, developing job performance standards, individual behaviors, measuring job performance, employee motivation, match individual to specific roles, improve individual performance and health at the same time benefiting the organization as a whole.
