Abstract | This paper investigates the role of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) in cloud computing by focusing on providing their offering through Microsoft Azure Amazon web services and Google Cloud. This platform gives businesses cost-efficient, secure and scalable ML and AI solutions to mitigate the requirements for developing complex infrastructure. Google Cloud’s vision AI, autoML, AWS’s tools such as recognition and sagemaker and Azure services such as cognitive service and databricks effectively enable the broader applications. This application mainly involves image recognition, predictive analytics and natural language processing. Through effectively providing custom AI services and pre-trained system, these platforms help the organisation to gain several benefits such as improved customer experience and optimised operations. In this regard, this paper investigates the unique applications and features of each platform and elaborates how cloud-based AI services are vital for a business that is focusing on incorporating advanced technologies and remaining competitive in this digital age. |
