| Abstract | Agile has transformed project management, especially for software development where it prioritizes flexibility, collaboration, and incremental progress. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) takes on a key player role in the successful implementation of Agile principles more widely known as scrum. This article explores how CSM's enable harmonious collaboration amongst the team, eliminate blockers, and nurture a culture of continuous improvement.
