Abstract This paper aims to (1) analyze how some of the key aspects of work ethos manifest themselves in work culture, (2) outline the key characteristics of Indian employees, (3) discuss the social and cultural differences that affect work culture in India and Japan, and (4) discuss how organizational structure, leadership, innovation, and other aspects of organizational climate affect work culture.
