Abstract | The Implementation of the Competency Assessment Package (ICAP) evaluated automotive educators' competence and skills in five competencies. The package, classified into preventive maintenance, electrical wiring installation, drum brake system disassembly, manual transmissions, and drive-light vehicles, assessed performance, reliability, credibility, perceived quality, safety, repair techniques, and problem-solving capabilities. The research used a developmental research design to examine the evolution of educational practices and their effects on competence outcomes. |
