Abstract Digital marketing uses online platforms, social media, search engines, and other digital gears to promote products, services, and brands. With the swift expansion of the internet, digital marketing has become a serious aspect of business strategy for organizations worldwide. As technology evolves, businesses houses must stay updated with emergent trends such as AI-obsessed marketing, voice search optimization, and information privacy protocols. Hence, this study intends to analyze the mindfulness levels of digital marketing amongst customers and business houses, measure the impact of digital marketing on customer engagement, and explore future trends in the field.
