Abstract This paper explores how Uber uses dynamic pricing to manage demand and maximize revenue in the ride-sharing industry. It looks at how Uber's pricing strategy affects customer loyalty, fairness perceptions and competition. Dynamic pricing helps to keep cars on the road and balance supply and demand, but at the same time raises concerns about trust and fairness among consumers.
