The paper concludes with recommendations for policymakers, educators, and technologists to harness AI's potential in enhancing digital well-being while addressing associated risks and challenges. This study contributes to the growing body of knowledge on AI in education and provides insights for developing strategies that optimize learning outcomes while safeguarding the holistic well-being of students and educators in the digital age.
