Abstract The proposed labor management platform optimizes construction job matching with a machine learning-based honor score, evaluating workers by age, experience, and job performance. It ensures easy communication for all users via cloud infrastructure, a web app, and a toll-free line. Key features include fraud detection, OTP verification, and classification for workers, contractors, and mediators, fostering trust and collaboration. Community interaction promotes transparency, while ML-driven job matching enhances labor allocation. Overall, it aims to improve productivity, fair access, and worker satisfaction in construction.
