Abstract | This research paper is a study on the determinants of consumer mobile banking adoption. Withthe surge in digital technology, mobile banking has revolutionized the way consumers access anduse financial services. Yet, notwithstanding the existence of these services, the rate of adoptionvaries. This article explores important variables like perceived usefulness, ease of use, trust,security issues, and demographic factors based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). The study points out howbehavioral and psychological factors influence the usage of mobile banking. The study appliessecondary data and case illustrations to present an in-depth perspective on consumer behavior. |
