Abstract	This research focuses on developing an AI-powered health monitoring platform integrating multiple advanced technologies to enhance preventive healthcare. The system uses facial recognition and a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to estimate users' BMI through camera images. It also links facial ID to a secure medical database for retrieving personalized health records. The platform includes an AI chatbot for symptom collection and risk evaluation, real-time health news updates, and aims to support early intervention and personalized care. Future enhancements include wearable integration and telemedicine, creating a comprehensive, data-driven ecosystem for proactive health management.
