Abstract | This study investigates how data analytics is transforming talent acquisition in Chennai’s IT consulting sector. With increasing reliance on predictive analytics, AI, and data visualization, companies are improving recruitment speed, candidate quality, and strategic hiring decisions. In collaboration with J2B Global, the research uses a structured questionnaire and SPSS-based statistical analysis to assess hiring practices and cost-effectiveness. The findings highlight the growing role of data-driven recruitment in boosting competitiveness and long-term success. |
