Abstract | This paper aims to discuss the impact of big data with consideration of machine learning integration into different fields, including healthcare, finance, marketing, and social sciences. Increasingly, data is being generated at higher rates than what conventional data technologies can handle in terms of storage, processing and getting insight. Such data is foundational to advanced analytics, particularly since machine learning is fundamental to analyzing the datasets for patterns that are unreachable by standard methods. This paper also outlines the role, uses, concerns and future of big data and machine learning. It will underscore the role of predictive analytics, pattern recognition, and anomaly detection in making structured and unstructured data. The study also features a critical review of literature, classification of machine learning into superordinated and subordinated categories, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning methods and their application in big data practice. Taking into account major methods, we discuss a list of challenges, including data quality and quantity issues and privacy concerns, as well as possible future developments of the findings, along with the paper’s limitations. |
