Abstract | This case history describes the psychological evaluation and formulation of Devansh Patel, a 5-year-old male assessed for delays in academic skill acquisition, highlighting early indicators of a specific learning disorder. Using developmental history, behavioral observations, and psychometric tests, a holistic intervention plan involving remedial education, cognitive training, and nutraceutical support was advised. Notable improvement was observed after early intervention and parental involvement, emphasizing the importance of an integrative approach in achieving academic and socioemotional progress. |
