Abstract | Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is a relatively common head and neck cancer in our environment and one of the most challenging malignancies to diagnose early. A definitive diagnosis relies on histopathological studies via biopsy, with treatment involving radiotherapy and chemotherapy based on WHO clinical staging. This study aims to determine the prevalence, clinical presentation, and histopathological patterns of NPC among patients at Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Centre (KCMC). |
