Abstract The study determined the effect of organizational culture and perceived self- efficacy as predictors on the teaching performance among secondary school English teachers using a descriptive-correlational research design. Further, the validated and reliability-tested adapted survey questionnaires were used in the study. Mean, standard deviation, Pearson product moment correlation and multiple regression analysis were among the statistical tools used. The findings revealed that there was a very high level of organizational culture, perceived self-efficacy, and teaching performance among public secondary school English teachers. In addition, both organizational culture and perceived self-efficacy reveal a significant relationship with teaching performance. Moreover, the combined influence of organizational culture and perceived self-efficacy towards teaching performance was significant.
