INDICATOR OF DIGITAL RPM FOR ELECTRICAL MOTOR USING ALARM INDICATOR WITH OVER SPEED

Abstract This work describes the development and implementation of a digital system for displaying the torque and rotational speed (RPM) of electric motors. A microcontroller-based system processes signals from sensors (infrared or Hall Effect) to accurately measure motor speed. The RPM is displayed on a visual interface (seven-segment or LCD). The system incorporates an overspeed alarm to enhance safety and dependability. This scalable dated.and economical design is suitable for automotive, research, and industrial automation applications, and can be further enhanced with wireless monitoring.
