A Study On Financial Impact of Lean Manufacturing Systems In Enhancing Production

Abstract This study highlights how implementing 5S and removing non-value-added activities can boost production efficiency and financial performance. Data from 169 employees showed significant improvements in cost reduction, inventory turnover, machine downtime, and profitability. Statistical analysis confirmed that lean practices lead to better resource use, lower costs, and higher-quality output.
