Abstract The advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought about a significant transformation in the global employment market. India, being one of the fastest-growing economies, is not immune to this change. As AI continues to evolve and improve, it's essential to understand its impact on the Indian employment market. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is also transforming the corporate world, and its impact on human relations is profound. As AI-powered tools and technologies become increasingly prevalent, they are changing the way employees interact with each other, with management, and with customers. In this article I propose to study and understand the multifaceted aspects and impacts of Artificial Intelligence on employment sector.
