Exploration of Employee Value Proposition and Employee Engagement on Employee Productivity: The Mediating Role of Employee Satisfaction at PT. Wahana Jaya Abadi Bandung

Abstract The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between employee value proposition, employee engagement, employee satisfaction, and employee productivity at PT. Wahana Jaya Abadi Bandung. The present study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) data analysis techniques, implemented using SMARTPLS 4 software. The study's findings suggest that the employee value proposition and engagement have a positive and significant impact on employee productivity. Furthermore, the study indicates that employee satisfaction plays a partial mediating role in this relationship. The study's findings demonstrate that the employee value proposition and engagement can enhance employee productivity. This study offers companies insights into effective employee value propositions and engagement development strategies that can enhance employee performance and productivity.
