Abstract | Climate and sustainable finance have emerged as critical mechanisms for addressing the climate crisis, as they share a common goal to drive positive environmental, social, and governance (ESG) outcomes, and their integration can amplify the impact of efforts in mitigating global challenges, i.e., climate change, inequality, and poverty. Climate and sustainable finance emphasize businesses accountability to society, the environment, and future generations, and the intersection of the two presents a powerful framework to address various economic issues.
