STRATEGIC ASSESSMENT OF WELFARE PRACTICDS AT AUROBINDO PHARMA LTD. HYDERABAD

Abstract This empirical study evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of employee welfare initiatives from a strategic human resource management perspective. Conducted at Aurobindo Pharma Ltd. Hyderabad, data were collected from a random sample of 100 employees. The findings reveal a high degree of awareness among personnel regarding both statutory and non-statutory welfare provisions - including occupational health services, canteen management, environmental conditions, and safety protocols. Overall, the welfare interventions have a positive correlation with employee satisfaction, operational productivity, and organizational morale. This analysis underscores the growing recognition by management teams of the pivotal role that structured welfare programs play in workforce motivation and performance optimization.
