Author(s) Mr. Naveen G, Evangeline Supriya

Abstract Workplace stress has emerged as a critical area of concern in organizational psychology, particularly in fast-paced corporate environments. With increasing evidence linking stress to both reduced productivity and psychological burnout, understanding the underlying personal and psychological factors has become essential. Personality traits significantly influence how employees experience and cope with stress. This study focuses on the association between workplace stress and three core personality dimensions—psychoticism, neuroticism, and extraversion—among salaried employees in a leading corporate organization in India. The findings aim to contribute to the broader literature on employee well-being and to inform HR policies by promoting the integration of personality assessments into stress management frameworks.
