Abstract | The study explores the concept of Green Lean, which combines operational efficiency with environmental sustainability. Although interest in this approach is rising, practical implementation and related challenges are not well understood. This research identifies key barriers to Green Lean adoption and uses Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) to examine their interconnections. Findings reveal that while Lean practices support environmental goals, many companies struggle with proper application. The study offers a strategic framework to guide sustainable implementation of Green Lean. |
