Abstract | Pune is one of the IT hubs of India. It boasts of number of large, medium, and small IT companies employing thousands of employees and catering to the technology needs of global clients. Workforce diversity has emerged as a key factor in enhancing organizational performance in today's globalized and dynamic environment. In the Information Technology (IT) sector, where creativity, quality, and innovation are essential, diverse teams bring varied perspectives and problem-solving approaches. Pune, being a major IT hub in Maharashtra, provides an ideal context for exploring how workforce diversity impacts organizational capability, output quality, and innovation. This research aims to analyses the role of diversity in strengthening IT organizations’ competitiveness and sustainability. This article broadly focuses the advance terminologies those are widely adopted by many big organization and has proved as one of the most successful retention strategy in the modern era. |
